Saturday 18th January-A Nightmare On Elm Street Part 4: The Dream Master (1988) Spoilers
This was a Bad Freddy Sequel...But for me personally it wasn't THAT Bad.
Directed by Renny Harlin. Freddy makes his return and first takes out the last of The Elm Street Children which include the survivors of the last instalment (Dream Warriors) which are Joey, Kinkade and Kristen, During Kristen's nightmare she uses her gift to bring Alice into the dream and pass on her gift of bringing anyone she wishes in her dream to Alice, Freddy then decides to force Alice to use the power to bring her friends into her dream one at a time so that Freddy can continue on killing.

What I enjoyed about this movie was how creative and inventive the deaths were, some were funny and others were terrifying but I was very impressed with all of them. It did also amuse me when Robert Englund was dressed up as a nurse, I wonder if Heath Ledger took the idea from this for The Dark Knight.....Doubtful Lol. I loved the creature effect for when the arms were coming out of Freddy at the end sequence, Very disturbing but well done Effect..It's a shame that Patricia Arquette
Didn't reprise her role as Kristen as she was awesome in Dream Warriors...I thought Kinkade and Joey were killed off too quickly but I did like that this movie followed on almost immediately after Dream Warriors.
A deserved 2.5/5 Like I said Not the best Freddy sequel, But not the worst
Where do you rank The Freddy Sequels from best to worst
