Stephen Kings Sci-Fi Classic...A classic Sci-fi horror that I personally have fond memories watching when I was younger.
A comet passes earths atmosphere turning all electrical devices in the world homicidal, Chaos erupts as Arcade machines start zapping people, Little League baseball kids get shot coke cans towards them by vending machines and Cash Machines are calling people assholes. The movie focuses in the events taking place in Carolina USA Where a local petrol station/Cafe is terrorised by a group of homicidal trucks. Bill Robinson (Emilio Estevez) leads a group of survivors in an attempt to fight back and survive, Unaware that his uptight boss (played by Pat 'Commissioner Gordon Hingle) has a truckloads of military weapons in the basement including machine guns and rocket launchers.

Like I said this is a classic sci-fi horror, It's not Brilliant and at times it's ver slow but it's one of those 'so bad that it's good' kinda movies. The entire soundtrack is songs by AC/DC so it immediately has my vote. The deaths are pretty comical but in my mind their wasn't enough deaths...and their are some very irritating characters that should've died...but sadly didn't. It's a very scary concept, the idea of all the machines on earth trying to kill us but to be honest I found the trailer with Stephen King in it more intimidating.
2.5/5 Not a great horror but an AC/DC Soundtrack so I'm sold
